Galarza agent hints at Juventus ‘making strongest offer’ for Paraguay international

Juventus have made an approach for River Plate and Paraguay international midfielder Matias Galarza, hinted his agent. The 24-year-old is already well-travelled, having played in Paraguay, Brazil, Argentina and the USA, as he spent the last few months on loan with Atlanta United.
